Do you have minimum volume requirements?

We do not have minimum volume requirements. Every vendor partner has access to our Swift portal with full reporting functionality regardless of application volume. With that said, we can commit additional resources (i.e. trade show support, marketing support, additional staff) for partners with consistent volume.

Do I have to sign an agreement or contract?

We do not require any sort of contract or program agreement to do business with us. Furthermore, you are not responsible for any customers that do not perform on their lease or loan obligations. You can start and stop using our services at any time.

How does my customer submit an application?

Vendor partners have the ability to enter applications directly through our Swift portal. An electronic application is also embedded directly into your website and/or we can create a custom landing page for your customers that will inform them about your financing programs. All integrations are designed to match your branding to make the financing experience seamless.

How long does the process take?

Our process is extremely quick. Once an application is submitted, most credit decisions are rendered within 2 hours. Lease documents are then generated for customer signature. Once the documents are faxed or scanned, we can issue payment. All of this can take place inside of 1 day.

Do you charge applications fees?

We absolutely do NOT charge application fees and NEVER accept payment from a customer until final lease documents are executed. If a customer decides not to move forward at any time before lease commencement, for any reason, any money on deposit from that customer will be refunded in full within 1 business day, no questions asked.

When do I get paid?

The majority of our vendor partners are set up for payment in advance, meaning that payment is issued in full before any equipment is shipped. Vendor partners must have at least 2 years of operating history and a dedicated business location in order to qualify for advance payment.
